I would definitely recommend re-trying Black Sails, though I will say that the first season is slow and not overly interesting. If you stick it out to season 2, it becomes very much worth it.

I watched I think an episode of Poldark once, and I'd like to get back to it at some point--I'm such an 18th-century person, it seems like I should.

And I'll have to check out Juana Ines!
