The rules are simple:
Comment here leaving the type of card you want (gen vs. romance), your chosen fandom, and favourite character(s) from that fandom. I can PM a link to your card if you like, otherwise I'll post it in reply to your comment. Please say if you would prefer a PM with a link.
Fill in your squares any way you like - fic, icons, poetry, art, vids, screencaps, meta, crafts... Anything goes! There are no requirements as to size - short drabbles, long epics, all are welcome. All that's needed is for the work to be complete.
Post links to your fabulous work and apply for a banner. Banners are for 1 line, 2 lines, 4 lines, and full cards. There's no time limit either, so take as long as you need.
ETA: You may use multiple fandoms for your card, if you wish. The card background picture will be from one fandom of your choice or be a non-specific image (books, a globe, a sand glass, etc.) if you prefer.

Date: 2019-07-15 02:32 am (UTC)As for Peaky Blinders, my feelings are mixed. I think the aesthetic is nice and I like the characters mostly. Cillian Murphy is Tom Shelby, the main character, and he's very pretty. Also their seasons are like six episodes each, very bingeable and have fairly concise and decent plotlines. But I binged two seasons in like four days and found that when I watch enough of it at a time I want to punch Tom Shelby in the face bc he's controlling and manipulative and such. Also their female characters are not great on either a writing or an acting level; their plotlines annoy me but the actors also annoy me (except this one actress who is the aunt of the gang family and pretty good).
So like... I'll probably keep watching, but mixed feelings on recommending. If you decide to watch, a nice thing is that the seasons are fairly self contained so if by the end of season one you don't like it, you can always stop.
